Our French Adventure
Chabrac - Our Local Town
Chabrac is not the largest of towns, in fact id doesn't even have a bakers, which is unusual for France. You could quite easily blink and miss the town, so not so exiting to visit, but it is nice quiet place to live, and there is a pleasant lay-by where you can stop for a break, and during peak months you'll also find a food van just by the small toilet block. The church is always worth a look around.
There are several nice B&B's close by, one of which is run by some friends of ours at the old farmhouse at the end of the lane in Les Outres a small hamlet just outside of Chabrac.
